FAIR HAVEN YACHT CLUB'S 2007 POLICY
for Dock & Slip Fees & Electrical Hookup
(Docking is NOT permitted on the North side of the center Dock)
RECIPROCATING CLUBS:
Reciprocal boats: 1st night Free on the DOCK, Or SLIPS. 2nd & 3rd nights $30 for the dock, or slip (if available). For all nights 1 power hookup is free (if available) extra hookup is $5. Also, there is One free night per week.
NON-RECIPROCATING CLUBS:
Starting the 1st night, will be charged $35 with $5 per power hookup if available, also they may dock on the outside of the docks only. Please note, for All boats, docking is not permitted on the North side of the Center dock.
ALL POWER CORDS MUST Be OUT Of Harms Way.
PLACE YOUR PAYMENT IN THE ENVELOPE PROVIDED & DROP IN THE SLOT JUST ABOVE THE
SIGN IN BOX. If an Officer of the Day is on Duty, please
See them regarding the payment. THANK YOU.
NOTE: BOATS CANNOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED OVERNIGHT.
GENERAL INFORMATION
A Garbage Dumpster is located on the road to the west of the club. No hazardous materials may be disposed of in the dumpster. Recyclable bottles & cans may be placed in the Containers in front of the main clubhouse, the Deposit Monies go towards the Junior Sailing program
Pets must be kept on a leash & are not permitted in the buildings. Please walk them beyond the dumpster and clean up after them.
Ice is available from the cooler on the north side of the
property, $1.50 per bag.
A pay phone, restrooms/showers are located inside
the lower level of the main clubhouse, (please conserve
water when taking a shower). The rest of the Facility is
open to FHYC members only. Smoking is not permitted in the
buildings.
Fires of any kind are not permitted on boats at the docks,
or on the docks. Charcoal grills are located on the front
lawn, charcoal is not provided.
Camping/tenting on FHYC property is for
Members of FHYC only. Exception is when FHYC
is hosting a regatta.
Pumpouts are located at the State Park dock & at the
marina across from the State Park.
A Boat Ramp is located just north of Little Sodus Inn
for dinghy access to the village.
Unauthorized electrical hookups are not permitted.
Bicycles, roller blades, skateboards or horseplay will not
be allowed on the docks and slip
Do not empty porta johns into club toilets or sinks, it will
destroy our septic system.
